Information we collect

We collect personal information necessary to deliver and administer your training and to meet our regulatory obligations, including:

• Your name, date of birth, gender and contact details
• Your Unique Student Identifier (USI)
• Prior education, language background and, where relevant, employment details
• Enrolment, attendance, assessment and completion records
• Any support needs you disclose (for example, language, literacy and numeracy support)

Why we collect it

We collect and use your information to enrol you, deliver training and assessment, issue qualifications and Statements of Attainment, provide student support, and comply with our obligations as a Registered Training Organisation.

Unique Student Identifier (USI)

Under the Student Identifiers Act 2014, we are required to verify or collect your USI and cannot issue a nationally recognised qualification or Statement of Attainment without one. Your USI is handled in line with the requirements of the Student Identifiers Registrar.

Disclosure of information

We may disclose your information to Commonwealth and State government agencies, the national VET regulator (ASQA), and the National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER) for statistical, regulatory and research purposes as required under the National VET Data Policy and relevant law. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, and to keep records securely for as long as required by law.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. Contact us using the details below.
