Acceptance of these terms
By enrolling with, or using the website and services of, Australian Prime Institute (RTO 46023) you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Fees, Charges & Refunds policy.
About us
Australian Prime Institute is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 46023) regulated by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). We deliver nationally recognised training within our scope of registration.
Enrolment and eligibility
Enrolment is subject to meeting the entry requirements for your chosen qualification. You must provide accurate and complete information at enrolment and notify us if your details change. Places are confirmed in writing.
Fees and payment
Course fees, payment terms and refund entitlements are set out in our Fees, Charges & Refunds policy and confirmed before you enrol. Fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed schedule.
Nationally recognised certification
On satisfactory completion, you will receive a qualification or Statement of Attainment recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). We cannot issue certification without a verified Unique Student Identifier (USI).
Student responsibilities and conduct
You agree to act respectfully, follow our policies and reasonable directions, complete assessments honestly and without plagiarism, and meet any mandatory work placement requirements that apply to your course.
Intellectual property
All learning and assessment materials provided to you remain the property of Australian Prime Institute (or its licensors) and may be used for your own study only. They may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without written permission.
Website use
This website is provided for general information. While we take care to keep information accurate and current, it may change without notice. Links to external sites (for example, the student login portal) are provided for convenience.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
