Course fees
Fees and charges
Course fees are confirmed in writing before you enrol. Your enrolment information sets out the total fees and what is included. Additional charges may apply for optional services (for example, re-assessment or a replacement certificate) and will be advised in advance.
Payment terms
Payment options and any payment plan are agreed at the time of enrolment. In line with our obligations, we will not require payment of more than the amount permitted under the Standards for RTOs 2025 before your course commences; remaining fees are payable as agreed.
Refunds — if we cancel
If Australian Prime Institute is unable to deliver a course you have paid for, you will be offered a suitable alternative or a full refund of fees paid for the affected training.
Refunds — if you withdraw before commencement
If you withdraw before your course commences, fees paid are refunded less a non-refundable enrolment/administration fee. Written notice of withdrawal is required.
Refunds — after commencement
Once training has commenced, fees for the current study period are generally non-refundable. Refunds in special or compassionate circumstances are considered on a case-by-case basis.
How to request a refund
Refund requests must be made in writing. We will assess your request against this policy and provide a written outcome with the reasons for the decision, normally within 20 working days.
